Welcome to Fanaze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using Fanaze, whether as a buyer, ambassador, or creator, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Fanaze is a fashion platform where creators and influencers collaborate to sell curated fashion pieces. We handle product design, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment. Our creators promote their personalized wardrobes and earn commissions from sales generated through their unique referral links.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use Fanaze.
  • Ambassadors must provide accurate profile information, including payment and contact details.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion.

3. Ambassador Participation

  • Ambassadors receive 80% of the profit (not revenue) from sales tracked through their unique link.
  • Profit is calculated after subtracting the product’s manufacturing and shipping costs from the sale price. Fanaze retains 20% to manage operations, design, logistics, and support.
  • Payouts are processed monthly when your balance exceeds $50.
  • Creators must use their own original content and comply with platform guidelines and local laws.

4. Use of Creator Content

By joining Fanaze as an ambassador or creator, you grant us the right to use, repurpose, and publish any content (photos, videos, text, likeness, etc.) you share with us or create while promoting Fanaze.

  • This includes use on our website, social media, ads, and other marketing materials.
  • We do not require additional permission or compensation beyond your standard commission earnings.
  • You agree to this content usage automatically by joining the platform as a Fanaze partner.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Fanaze (including logos, designs, and product images) is owned by Fanaze or its affiliates. Ambassadors may use Fanaze branding, images, and wardrobe content only for promotional purposes related to their partnership with Fanaze.

6. Order Fulfillment & Products

  • All products are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Product designs and collections may change over time, and availability is not guaranteed.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use Fanaze for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with the operation of the website or attempt to breach security measures
  • Misrepresent yourself or share misleading information in your content or profile

8. Limitation of Liability

Fanaze is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fanaze at any time if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that harms the platform, its creators, or its community. You may request account deactivation at any time by contacting us.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Fanaze after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanaze operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
